Hi! I’m Bobbi Jo Castaneda RMT!
I was raised as a small town farm girl, and small towns have my heart! I have settled in the cozy, but ever growing nook of Niverville, Manitoba! Making this move for my family has been wonderful and we love living here.
My registered massage therapy journey began 18 years ago. Oh how time flies! I truly love what I do. And I love to show up for the people in my community.
Refresh Mobile Therapy was inspired after watching my grandmother lose her mobility. I witnessed the challenges for her to show up for routine appointments. She also needed to rely on family to get her to where she needed to be. What if there was a better way? A way that didn't exhaust her own physical energy to get there, and relying on the availability of others?
Similarly, I found the same challenges for post operative clients, busy parents, and clients with tight work schedules. Many had shifted to working from home, but needed to stick close to home during the day. In home treatment has proven to be an amazing fit for so many.
At the end of the day, many people just prefer the convenience of in home therapy, regardless of their situation. No waiting rooms, or having to hop in a cold car after a relaxing massage.
Mobile Therapy is an excellent fit for many life circumstances and I'm so happy to be able to serve our community with this opportunity.
